Once a booking is confirmed, our clients are charged an agreed hourly rate for the staff we provide. This enables the client to enjoy the benefits and flexibility of employing our temporary staff according to their needs through a single simple payment method. There are no hidden costs or arrangement fees, all that we ask is that you provide confirmation of the hours worked for you by our temporary staff by authorising the relevant time sheet(s) at the end of their working assignment.

Philip is a Partner in APR Agency , the other partner being Jacqui his wife. He has owned the business for 5 years, having purchased Central Employment Agency and Zighrett Recruitment in 2005 and merged them in to APR Agency in 2007. Philip has had many years business experience having founded and run a succesfull Agricultural Consultancy from 1981-2003, and during that period had extensive experience in Recruiting staff,which he now puts to good use recruiting for APR clients!

Charlotte has worked for APR Agency for over 3 years and is Senior Recruitment Consultant. Having succesfully completed and received the Certificate in Recruitment Practice run by the REC,Charlotte is now undertaking an MSc in Human Resource Management at Lincoln University. She is undoubtedly a "rising star" of the Recruitment Industry, and is a key player in the development of APR Agency in the future

Amelda joined APR Agency in July 2009 and her current role is Receptionist/Administrator. She is currently undertaking NVQ level 2 in Business Administration and Customer Services. We look forward to Amelda developing her skills over the forthcoming months with a view to undertake further training in Recruitment Practice. |
